Product and Marketing Management

A proven leader in the Marketing, Telecommunications and Internet industries.  I have extensive experience working on projects ranging from database development and e-commerce initiatives with business startups to Cloud Computing and Managed Network Services business development projects and implementations.

My most extensive work has been developing and deploying products.  I have extensive experience in product management, support processes and systems to address business needs. Examples of projects I have deployed include: managed telephony services, Salesforce.com implementations, EDI based proposal management, managed voice and data services, managed network security and data access, marketing database development and management and customer relationship management systems (CRM). I have also created and managed successful business deployments, marketing plans and lead generation programs.

The focus of my work is developing and discerning business requirements, goals and building business cases or plans supported by the best technologies. What makes me unique is that I actually implement the plans I develop into finished programs, products or successful system implementations.

The managed services which I have successfully deployed are:

• Managed VOIP Services (SIP), converged voice and data (IPVPN) services. 

• Salesforce.com and the associated integration of document, email, marketing and contract production.

• Internet-based Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system for small business to submit Requests for Quotes / Proposals (RFxs) to Federal Government agencies to bid for work.

• Remote access solutions for all size businesses to provide dial-up network access to corporate LANs as well as Virtual Private Network (VPN) access for the same purpose.

• Managed Firewall Services in a variety of forms and for multiple purposes for any size company.

• Managed Networking (Internet, MPLS, Ethernet), and a variety of services related to the above (Email Virus Scanning, Intrusion Detection Systems, Web Hosting, Storage, Managed Routers and other network equipment).
