Microsoft Winning Back Hosted Customers

It is interesting to watch the ‘hosted office suite’ battle between Google, Microsoft, Apple and others progress.
In an article in CIO, "Why companies are switching from Google Apps to Office 365", it appears that the early lead opened by Google and its docs suite is now being challenged by the Microsoft 365 rollout.
Simplicity is being challenged by integration and richness of function. It seems to me that both offerings will continue to grow and that they are both (Google and Microsoft) looking to stake out some different territory: Google – schools, academic institutions and small businesses. Microsoft – the medium to larger sized business and government.
I will be interested to watch how both companies integrate UCC function (voice, sharing, etc.) into their offerings. More to come, quickly, for sure.
